Charles W. Neely was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South and worked in the oil and gas business before pursuing a legal career.
In 2013 he moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where he earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and West Virginia.
Outside the office, Charles enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with friends, and fostering animals in need of adoption.
